I JUST PLACED AN ORDER. WHEN WILL IT SHIP?

Please allow 3–7 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment. Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped to the address provided at checkout.

HOW LONG WILL SHIPPING TAKE?

The average shipping time is approximately 2–5 business days after your order has been processed and shipped.

Please note that unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, holidays, severe weather conditions, or carrier-related delays may affect delivery times. While most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided that it has not already been processed or shipped.

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at support@austriamarket.org with the subject line “CANCEL ORDER”.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

I ENTERED THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If you entered an incorrect or incomplete address, please contact us immediately at support@austriamarket.org with your correct shipping information.

We can usually update the address if the order has not yet been shipped. Once the package has been shipped, we may no longer be able to make changes to the delivery address.

MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

We carefully package our products to help protect them during shipping. However, if your item arrives damaged, please contact us at support@austriamarket.org as soon as possible.

Please include:

Your order number
A clear photo of the damaged product
A photo of the packaging, if possible

After reviewing your request, we will provide an appropriate solution. For confirmed defective or damaged items, you may be eligible for a replacement or a full refund, depending on the circumstances.
